The Chardonnay Frizzante Terre Forti is born in one of the most suitable areas of northern Italy, where the temperate climate and rich soils give the grape elegance and freshness. This sparkling wine best expresses the characteristics of Chardonnay, with a fine and lively perlage that wraps the palate with a harmonious balance between acidity and softness. On the nose, aromas of white-fleshed fruits, such as apple and pear, are revealed, accompanied by delicate floral notes and a light minerality.

The winemaking method involves controlled fermentation at low temperature to enhance the varietal aromas, while the second fermentation in the autoclave gives the wine its pleasant effervescence. This Chardonnay Frizzante is perfect as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes, fresh salads, and soft cheeses, enhancing every convivial occasion with its freshness and immediate drinkability.
