Chardonnay IGT Lóstar from Poderi dal Nespoli presents an immediate, easy-drinking profile. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with slight greenish reflections. On the nose it offers a clear, bright bouquet: aromas of apple and pear, citrus notes of lemon and bergamot, and subtle floral hints that lighten the overall impression. The aromatic component is clean, without excess, suggesting ripe but not overpowering fruit.

On the palate it confirms a slim structure with fresh acidity and moderate body, well integrated overall. The drinking experience is smooth, the finish clean and dry, encouraging relatively early consumption. It pairs with vegetable-based starters, simply prepared fish dishes, shellfish and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif wine. Recommended to serve chilled, in a fairly broad but not oversized glass, to preserve its freshness and aromatic clarity.
