Sicilian Chardonnay is born from vineyards cultivated in a high-altitude Mediterranean terroir, on the Nebrodi Mountains, where the unique microclimate helps develop an aromatic richness and a distinctive complexity of flavors.
The grapes are carefully selected to ensure superior quality and then vinified in stainless steel to preserve all the freshness and natural liveliness typical of Chardonnay. Bottle aging completes the process, providing balance, structure, and greater harmony to the wine’s final profile.
It presents a bright golden yellow color and expresses an elegant nose with floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a persistent taste featuring hints of tropical fruit and citrus, accompanied by a delicate vanilla nuance in the finish.
