Chardonnay Reserve Tant Anna - Bergsig Estate is born in the heart of the Elgin wine region in South Africa, renowned for its cool climate ideal for cultivating this grape variety. The grapes are carefully selected from old vines, hand-harvested to preserve aromatic integrity. This Chardonnay is aged in French oak barrels, where it spends several months developing a refined balance between structure and delicacy.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color, while on the nose it releases complex aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and golden apple, accompanied by notes of vanilla, butter, and a subtle spiciness. On the palate, it is enveloping and creamy, supported by lively freshness and pleasant minerality that make it versatile in pairings.

Ideal with baked fish dishes, white meats, and soft cheeses, this Chardonnay expresses the character of the territory while enhancing the authentic elegance of the grape variety.
