The Chianti Classico DOCG BIO from Dievole represents an excellent interpretation of the purest Tuscan winemaking traditions, with particular attention to organic farming. This wine stands out for its careful and environmentally respectful production, which is clearly reflected in the quality of the final product.

Presented in an impressive Jeroboam bottle, which corresponds to a capacity of 3 liters, this Chianti Classico is a true symbol of conviviality and generosity. Its selection of Sangiovese grapes, cultivated in the clayey and calcareous soils typical of the heart of Chianti, imparts unique characteristics to this wine.

Visually, the Chianti Classico DOCG BIO shows an intense ruby red color, with reflections that tend towards garnet as it ages. On the nose, the olfactory sensations are a delightful blend of red fruits, notes of cherry and blackberry, skillfully combined with hints of spices and a light balsamic note due to the aging in wood.

On the palate, the wine is structured yet balanced, with a lasting flavor that invites another sip. The acidity is well balanced and harmoniously pairs with soft, velvety tannins, resulting in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.

This Chianti Classico is ideal for accompanying traditional Italian dishes such as pasta with ragù, meat roasts, and aged cheeses. Given its presentation in the Jeroboam format, it is perfect for special occasions and large celebrations.

With an alcohol content of about 13.5%, it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of around 16-18°C to fully appreciate its qualities. A wine that celebrates authenticity and sustainability, perfect for those who love refined flavors and a commitment to the environment.
