Chianti Classico DOCG - Castellare is born in the heart of the Tuscan hills, a territory famous for its authentic wine-making tradition and for the ideal conditions for cultivating Sangiovese. This wine presents itself with a refined balance that reflects the artisanal care of the cellar, with careful aging that often includes passage in oak barrels to enhance the complex and rounded aromas. In the glass, it stands out for its intense ruby color, followed by an aromatic bouquet where notes of ripe cherry, delicate spices, and a slight herbaceous hint typical of the Chianti Classico territory emerge.

The enveloping taste, supported by good acidity and soft tannins, makes this wine particularly versatile in pairings: ideal with red meat dishes, aged cheeses, and the bold flavors of Tuscan cuisine. A Chianti Classico that elegantly tells the passion of Castellare for quality and tradition.
