The Chianti Classico DOCG Selezione of Guado Alto, produced by Castello Vicchiomaggio, elegantly expresses the winemaking tradition of the heart of Tuscany. Obtained mainly from the Sangiovese grape variety, typical of the Chianti Classico denomination, this wine stands out for its refined aromatic complexity. The grapes, grown in a territory characterized by hills rich in clay and galestro, give the wine a balanced structure and a lively acidity, typical of the area.

The aging method includes a passage in oak barrels that gives the wine softness and spicy notes, accompanied by scents of cherry, plum, and a pleasant floral nuance. On the palate it appears harmonious, with silky tannins and a persistent finish, capable of excellently accompanying dishes based on red meats, braised dishes or aged cheeses.

This Chianti Classico DOCG Selezione represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, embodying the essence of the most authentic Tuscany.
