The Collio DOC Cicinis of Attems is born in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia, a land renowned for the production of white wines of great elegance and freshness. This wine best expresses the territorial character of Collio, an area suited for native and international grape varieties that thrive on soils rich in marl and limestone. Produced with selected grapes, often Pinot Bianco or Friulano, the Cicinis stands out for its balance between vibrant acidity and softness on the palate. The aging in steel enhances the aromatic purity without overpowering the typical minerality of the territory, offering sensations of fresh fruit, white flowers, and light citrus notes. In the glass it presents itself bright and with a luminous straw-yellow color, with a refined bouquet that envelops the senses. Perfect with delicate fish dishes, shellfish or vegetable appetizers, the Collio DOC Cicinis invites you to enjoy the best of Friulian elegance.
