The Corvina IGT Classico Torre del Falasco comes from the historic area of Valpantena, a terroir particularly suited to the cultivation of the Corvina grape variety, an essential base of the famous Venetian reds. This wine authentically expresses the elegance and typicality of the grape, characterized by a lean but intense structure, with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits, cherry, and light spicy hints.

The aging method involves a stay in wooden barrels that gives the wine balance and a velvety texture, without overpowering the natural freshness of the fruit. On the palate it is harmonious with a slight tannic note that invites a thoughtful and continuous sip. It pairs splendidly with traditional dishes of Veronese cuisine such as risotto with Amarone or grilled red meats, enhancing the territoriality and the typicality of the vineyard from which it is born. A tasting experience that tells the knowledge and passion of Cantina di Valpantena.
