The Cour-Cheverny Sec Romo from Domaine des Huards is a French white wine that deserves particular attention. Made entirely from the Romorantin grape, a rare local variety, this wine stands out for its rich bouquet and aromatic complexity. In appearance, it shows a bright golden yellow color, hinting at its olfactory and taste qualities.

On the nose, the Cour-Cheverny Sec Romo reveals vibrant notes of yellow-fleshed fruits, such as peaches and apricots, enriched by hints of white flowers and a slight touch of vanilla and honey, indicating its barrel aging. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with good acidity that balances its medium structure and slight residual sugar. The finish is persistent and clean, with a return of the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.

This wine pairs beautifully with rich fish dishes, such as baked salmon or seafood risotto, but it can also be an excellent companion for medium-aged cheeses. Its uniqueness and rarity make it an excellent choice for collectors and wine enthusiasts in search of new and stimulating taste experiences.
