The Dogliani DOCG Sorì Dij But - Anna Maria Abbona is born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most suitable areas in Piedmont, famous for Dolcetto. This wine evokes the authentic expression of the Dolcetto grape variety, grown on calcareous-clayey soils that give depth and minerality. The Sorì Dij But stands out for its elegant structure and persistence, the result of careful aging that enhances intense aromas of ripe red fruit, cherry and plum, accompanied by light spicy notes and bitter almond. On the palate, it is discovered to be velvety yet vibrant, with a harmonious and slightly tannic finish that emphasizes its territorial character. Ideal paired with rustic and flavorful dishes such as grilled meats and medium-aged cheeses, it represents a refined interpretation of Dolcetto, capable of telling the terroir of the Langhe with authenticity and artisanal value.
