The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC di Cesare Pavese, produced in the renowned Langhe area, embodies the essence of one of Piedmont's most distinctive grape varieties. This red, made entirely from the Dolcetto grape, stands out for a harmonious balance between freshness and softness, with an intense ruby color and violet reflections. The traditional vinification method and aging in steel preserve the fruity notes of cherry and blackberry, accompanied by a delicate almond nuance that characterizes the finish. On the palate, a marked sapidity and gentle tannins emerge, making this wine perfect to pair with typical Piedmontese dishes, such as cold cuts appetizers, fresh pasta first courses, and white meats. The freshness and immediacy of the Dolcetto d'Alba DOC di Cesare Pavese simply and authentically tell the terroir of Vallebelbo.
