Gianfranco Alessandria's Dolcetto D'Alba is an excellent example of how this grape variety can best express the characteristics of the Langhe terroir, one of the most renowned wine regions in Piedmont. Traditionally, Dolcetto is appreciated for its youthful accessibility and fruity charm, and this wine is no exception, offering a rich olfactory proposal and a pleasant tannic structure.

Produced with carefully selected grapes, the vinification of Gianfranco Alessandria's Dolcetto D'Alba is undertaken with great care to preserve the natural and authentic aromas of the grape variety. The wine is then left to mature in stainless steel vats, promoting the preservation of the fresh and fruity notes typical of this grape.

Visually, the wine presents a vibrant ruby red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of cherries and plums, enriched by hints of aromatic herbs and a slight note of bitter almond, which is distinctive of Dolcetto. On the palate, it is pleasantly harmonious, with a perfect balance between fresh acidity and soft tannins, culminating in a finish of good persistence.

Ideal as a companion to pasta dishes with meat sauce, Piedmontese appetizers, and red meats, Gianfranco Alessandria's Dolcetto D'Alba is perfect for those seeking a wine that combines tradition and immediate drinkability. This label indeed invites young consumption to best appreciate its fruity freshness.

Each glass of this Dolcetto D'Alba tells the story of the deep bond between the Piedmontese land and the Alessandria family's passion for wine, making it a genuine product of great pleasure. A wine that, despite its simplicity, is capable of providing moments of true oenological delight.
