Extra Dry 0.15 Millesimato DOC by De Stefani is a sparkling wine of refined elegance, which best expresses the distinctive characteristics of the Veneto region from which it originates. This wine is produced according to the stringent regulations of the DOC designation, thus guaranteeing high-quality standards and a distinctive character.

The cuvée for Extra Dry 0.15 Millesimato is carefully selected from the most performant vineyard of the De Stefani estate, located in an ideal microclimate for viticulture. The grapes are harvested manually at the perfect moment of ripeness to ensure that the varietal's expressiveness is impeccably captured.

Extra Dry 0.15 Millesimato stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, which anticipates a profound olfactory complexity. On the nose, it offers a harmonious bouquet of fresh fruit, white flowers, and slight notes of bread crust, typical of aging on fine lees. On the palate, its freshness is balanced by a pleasant creaminess that envelops the mouth, leaving a sensation of elegance and a clean, inviting aftertaste for the next tasting.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Extra Dry sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, and seafood. It is also an excellent choice for celebrating special occasions, thanks to its ability to add a touch of class without overpowering the meal's flavors.

Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
