The Foselios Brut Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG by Follador is an exemplary showcase of excellence in the field of Prosecco Superiore. This sparkling wine, produced in the heart of the Valdobbiadene area, is celebrated for its superior quality and elegant presentation in a case, making it an ideal gift for special occasions.

With its captivating fine and persistent perlage, the Foselios Brut stands out for its bright straw-yellow color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, it presents a refined and complex bouquet with notes of fresh fruit such as apple and pear, enriched by floral nuances and a subtle hint of yeast, typical of the traditional production methods of Valdobbiadene.

On the palate, this sparkling wine is balanced and harmonious. The entry is fresh and lively, accompanied by a good acidic structure that leads to a pleasantly long and clean finish. The flavors of fresh fruit are renewed, leaving room for a light minerality that enhances its freshness.

The Foselios Brut by Follador is produced using the Charmat method, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aromas of the Glera, the predominant grape in this sparkling wine. Careful winemaking and meticulous selection of the grapes make this sparkling wine a product of great quality and a true representation of the Valdobbiadene territory.

Ideal for pairing with light starters, seafood, or as an aperitif, the Foselios Brut is a true oenological gem that encapsulates all the charm and tradition of Italian sparkling wine.

Declared commitment to sustainable practices and protection of the land Launch of new product ranges aimed at the retail channel and participation in international events
Winery history
The presence of the Follador name in Prosecco production is documented as early as 1769; sources record an initial quality attestation linked to Giovanni Follador. In the 19th century the family converted many local vineyards to the Glera variety and, during the 20th century, Gianfranco Follador introduced innovative winemaking techniques based on the Metodo Martinotti and subsequently developed a proprietary vinification protocol now associated with the winery’s name.
Production philosophy
The estate states an approach that combines respect for the land with technical innovation: vineyard practices aimed at protecting the hilly landscape, limited intervention in the cellar and a focus on environmental sustainability, supported by oenological protocols designed to ensure consistent quality and a recognizable sensory profile.
Terroir and vineyards
The winery is based in Col San Martino, in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area. The wines are produced from the historic hills of Valdobbiadene; technical data sheets mention clay-limestone soils and hillside vineyards with varied exposures.
