More questions
The Franciacorta DOCG Edea Brut Blanc de Blancs from Mirabella presents itself as an elegant sparkling wine of the Franciacorta DOCG denomination. In the glass it shows a pale straw colour with a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose it opens with fresh, restrained aromas: ripe citrus, white-fleshed apple, white flowers and light hints of bread crust. The overall impression is balanced, with good freshness supporting the aromatic profile without becoming overwhelming.
On the palate it confirms a lively texture, creamy bubbles and a slim structure that favors drinkability. The finish is overall saline and of good persistence, with citrus recalls and a slight mineral note. It pairs easily with seafood starters, shellfish, fish-based first courses and fresh cheeses; it also works well as an aperitif. Recommended serving temperature around 6–8 °C, in a flute or tulip glass to appreciate aromas and perlage.
