The Franciacorta Dosaggio Zero DOCG by Santus in Magnum format represents the excellence of the Lombard sparkling wine tradition, produced in one of the most prestigious areas of the Franciacorta territory. Obtained exclusively from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero vines carefully cultivated on the morainic hills, this Franciacorta stands out for the absence of added sugars during dosage, which enhances the most authentic and mineral expression of the terroir.

The prolonged aging on the lees helps to develop a complex and refined bouquet, where notes of bread crust, fresh citrus, and light floral hints emerge. On the palate, it reveals itself as dry, vibrant, and dynamic, with an elegant structure characterized by fine and persistent bubbles. The Magnum format provides a slower and more harmonious maturation, enhancing the depth and longevity of the wine.

Perfect companion for dishes based on raw fish or delicate preparations, it is also ideal as an aperitif for festive and convivial moments.
