Fuori Misura Rosato Toscana IGT from San Giusto Rentennano presents a crisp, measured profile: a pale pink color with luminous reflections and a bouquet that favors freshness. On the nose there are aromas of small red berries and light floral notes, accompanied by a citrus hint that doesn’t overpower, a sign of well-calibrated balance. The palate is linear, supported by good acidity and a slender structure that invites drinking; a pleasant softness tempers the pace, making the wine easy-drinking but not without personality.

On the mouth it shows salinity and a restrained but satisfying persistence, ideal for those looking for a versatile, quality rosé. It works well as an aperitif but also stands up to not-too-elaborate seafood dishes, hearty salads and delicate cured meats; try it also with light grilled preparations. Serve cool and drink preferably young to appreciate its liveliness and aromatic cleanliness.
