The Gewürztraminer DOC from Kendermanns is an aromatic white wine that highlights the typical character of the grape variety without exaggeration. On the nose there are floral and fruity notes, recalling rose petals, lychee and light sweet spice; the bouquet is pleasant and clear, with good intensity without pretension. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, supported by balanced acidity that brings freshness without taking away the wine's roundness.

It is a wine best served chilled and enjoyed relatively young, when the aromatic profile is most lively. The current company resulted from the merger of Carl Reh (founded 1920) and Hermann Kendermann; Reh Kendermann GmbH Weinkellerei was formed in 1997. The business remains family-owned and exports to many countries.
