The Gewurztraminer Vendange Tardive from Famille Hugel is an excellent wine produced in the renowned Alsace region, a territory that boasts an ideal climate for the late ripening of grapes. This wine comes from the Gewurztraminer grape variety, famous for its intense and enveloping aromatics. The grapes, left to dry longer than usual, are harvested late, allowing an enrichment of sugars and aromas, which gives life to an elegant and complex late harvest.

Visually, it presents a bright golden color, while on the nose it reveals intense scents of roses, lychee, sweet spices, and a pleasant honeyed note. On the palate, it impresses with its softness balanced by a freshness that keeps the drink lively, providing a harmonious balance between sweetness and acidity. The finish is long, with floral and fruity aromatic returns, a distinctive sign of a Gewurztraminer with great character. This wine pairs excellently with spicy dishes, blue cheeses, and desserts based on exotic fruit, enhancing their flavors without overpowering them.
