The Goldschild Urziger Wurzgarten Riesling Kabinett Mosel from Moselland embodies the essence of the famous Mosel terroir, particularly renowned for its sunny exposure and slate-rich soils. Produced exclusively from Riesling grapes grown in the historic Urziger Wurzgarten vineyard, this Kabinett stands out for its refined freshness and delicacy. The modest aging method enhances the varietal purity, revealing a perfect balance between lively acidity and a slight residual sugar that invites sipping.

On the nose, it offers elegant aromas of white peach, citrus, and a slight mineral note reminiscent of wet stone, while on the palate it is harmonious and light with an appetizing structure. It pairs beautifully with dishes based on fish, shellfish, or fresh cheeses, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them, faithful to the authentic character of the Mosel.
