The Grechetto Umbria IGT - Perticaia is an authentic expression of the native grape variety grown in the Umbrian hills, where the terroir imparts character and freshness to this elegant white wine. The balanced climate and well-drained soils allow the grapes to reach optimal ripeness, enhancing the typical structure and aromatic qualities of Grechetto.

The aging takes place mainly in steel, to preserve its purity and liveliness, while a short rest on the fine lees enriches its body and complexity. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by intense aromas of white-fleshed fruit, floral notes, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, with good persistence and a harmonious finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish dishes, white meats, and fresh cheeses, enhancing every dish with its versatility and refined drinkability.
