More questions
This Gruner Veltliner from Tuzco presents a fresh, straightforward profile. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections; on the nose a range of aromas of citrus, green apple and fresh herbs emerges, with a light white-pepper note accompanying the sip. On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a saline texture that supports the flavors, closing on a clean, moderately persistent finish. Its structure makes it balanced and easy-drinking, suitable for those seeking an everyday yet quality white.
It pairs naturally with vegetable starters, salads, dishes of lean fish and shellfish, as well as fresh cheeses and light herb-based preparations. Recommended serving temperature: cool, around 8–10 °C, and a generous but not oversized glass to highlight its aromas. A versatile wine for informal dinners, summer lunches and moments when a pleasant, unpretentious drink is desired.

The story
