Insoglio del Cinghiale di Campo di Sasso represents an excellence of Toscana IGT, an authentic expression of the Tuscan territory and its winemaking tradition. This wine is born from a careful selection of Sangiovese, enriched by other native varieties, rigorously cultivated on the hills that characterize the landscape of Campo di Sasso. The climatic trend, warm and windy, gives the grapes a balanced ripening and a remarkable aromatic concentration.

The wine stands out for a patient aging that includes a passage in French oak barrels, an element that imparts complexity and structure, harmonizing aromas and tannins. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color, while on the nose it reveals scents of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes recalling the Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it surprises with its freshness and persistence, with an elegant balance and a long, enveloping finish.

Perfect with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, Insoglio del Cinghiale is a sensory journey between tradition and territory, capable of thrilling every connoisseur of Tuscan wines.
