This exquisite sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes and a strict production process, following the Classic Method, which encapsulates the essence of craftsmanship and innovation by Umani Ronchi. The HOZ Spumante Nature stands out for being a "Nature," meaning there is no dosage added to the liqueur d'expédition at the time of disgorgement, thus leaving the wine in a very pure and authentic form.

The grapes used for this sparkling wine come from the most fertile hillside terrains of the region, ensuring balanced acidity and a pleasant freshness. The prolonged bottle fermentation process allows the sparkling wine to develop complexity, structure, and an extremely fine fizz that delights the palate.

It is extremely versatile in food pairings: ranging from an aperitif with light appetizers to accompanying more elaborate dishes based on fish or white meats, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. The color is a delicate straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of citrus, white flowers with a hint of toasted bread due to the long aging on the lees.

To taste, the HOZ presents with splendid acidity and minerality, paired with a creaminess that fills the palate, leaving a persistent and rewarding sensation. This cuvée, produced in limited quantities, represents a refined option for collectors and connoisseurs eager to explore the pure expression of the terroir through a top-quality uncompromising sparkling wine.
