Carefully harvested in mid-October through careful manual selection, the grapes are placed in perforated baskets for transport to the cellar. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks thermoregulated at 28°C, accompanied by frequent daily pumping over, for a total of 12-15 days. After fermentation, the wine completes its journey with a 6-month aging in wood, resting in 20-25 hectoliter barrels.

Its color, a vibrant red with garnet hues, anticipates a rich sensory experience. The scent is fresh and slightly tannic, a typical signature of Nebbiolo. In the mouth, the wine embraces the palate with its enveloping body, accompanied by delicate woody notes that enhance its distinctive characteristics. A harmony of flavors that reveals the mastery behind its production, offering a satisfying and balanced tasting experience.

Winery history
The family estate was founded in the immediate post‑war period, and from the 1970s the Boasso family began vinifying part of their grapes rather than selling them. Today the estate is run by Franco and his sons Ezio and Claudio, who manage the vineyards and hospitality.
Production philosophy
Production focused on expressing the terroir and the traditions of the Langhe: traditional winemaking with long macerations, aging in large casks, and careful attention to grape quality for structured wines suitable for aging.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located in the municipality of Serralunga d'Alba. Typical Langhe soils that provide structure and longevity to the wines, particularly the Baroli produced by the winery.
