Les Baccanthes Chardonnay Grand Cru 2013 by Corbon is born in the renowned Champagne area, precisely in the Village of Avize, one of the most suitable terroirs for the Chardonnay grape variety. This vintage stands out for the typical elegance of the Grand Cru, highlighting the minerality of the limestone soil and the freshness typical of the best years. The winemaking is carried out with artisanal care, using spontaneous fermentations and prolonged aging in wooden barrels that give the wine complexity and aromatic finesse.

The nose opens with scents of ripe white fruit, such as golden apple and pear, accompanied by light notes of toasted hazelnut and vanilla, a result of wood aging. On the palate, it is enveloping, vibrant, characterized by a perfect harmony between acidity and structure, with a long and savory finish that invites the next sip.

Ideal with dishes based on shellfish or fish in creamy sauce, this Chardonnay Grand Cru represents an authentic expression of the tradition and territory of Champagne.
