Le uve vengono interamente raccolte a mano. In breve tempo giungono in cantina dove l’acino viene separato dal raspo, poi lasciate fermentare e quindi macerare per circa 15 giorni. Dopo la svinatura, parte del vino viene fatto maturare in tini di rovere mentre una parte in acciaio. I vini vengono assemblati a fine fermentazione.

Sentori fruttati, speziati e piacevolmente erbacei: sono queste le caratteristiche dei due vitigni Merlot e Cabernet Sauvignon. Il tutto sostenuto da una grande piacevolezza dell’assaggio.

Ottimo con taglieri di salumi anche di selvaggina. Ideale per tartare e carpacci di manzo, o per il pollo allo spiedo.
