The Dolcetto d'Alba DOC of Lodoli from Cà del Baio is a wine that gracefully and vigorously expresses the essence of Piedmont, a land famous for its prized grapes and deeply rooted winemaking tradition. Made entirely from Dolcetto vines grown in the hilly soils of Alba, this red stands out for its freshness and immediate drinkability, qualities that make it an ideal companion for everyday conviviality.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, while the bouquet opens with scents of violet and ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by a delicate almond note that enriches its olfactory complexity. On the palate it is soft, with velvety tannins and balanced acidity that gives liveliness and harmony without weighing it down. The aging in steel preserves the freshness and natural expressiveness of the grape.

Perfect with Piedmontese appetizers, first courses of pasta with meat sauce, and grilled white meats, this Dolcetto d'Alba is a refined territorial expression capable of simply telling a corner of the Langhe.
