Cantina San Valentino expresses a deep desire to respect the environment, taking care of and enhancing the territory; for this reason all its wines are the result of research, quality and tradition, and derive from an organic choice. Mascarin Syrah is a wine whose fermentation is natural in steel with indigenous yeasts, and theaging in barriques for 18/20 months.
A drink that in the glass shows an intense ruby red color. On the nose it releases and conquers withintense fruity aromas of cherry, Mixed with spicy notes and hints of coffee. An elegant and complex red, capable of surprising up to the last sip.
A silky wine on the palate, medium-bodied and with a long persistent finish to savor. At the table, given the well-balanced acidity, it is excellent in combination with courses of red meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
