San Valentino Winery

In 1997, the passion for the fruits of the earth pushed Roberto Mascarin to take over his father's company and give him once; this is how the wines produced by Cantina San Valentino are born, for an act of love. Within a few years, the Rimini company achieved prestigious goals, but it was after the meeting with Valentina, Enrico and Alfredo Aureli who entered into a partnership with Roberto in 2016, that the rebirth of Valentine's Day and its expansion was sanctioned. More modern and innovative, today the company is a reference point in the sector, and boasts international scores among the highest in its territory.

The vineyards extend over an area of 17 hectares in property, all in the hills and facing south and south-west; 70% is destined to Sangiovese and Rebola, while the remainder to Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot. They are grassed in alternate rows and conducted according to the directives of the Organic. All the interventions on the plants are in fact carried out with a single purpose: to create optimal conditions for healthy grapes of excellent quality because "good wine is born in the vineyard and is completed in the cellar". San Valentino wines, all organic, are identifying and characteristic, both of the variety and of the territory.
