The Mercurey Rouge 1er Cru Les Combins from Domaine Theulot Juillot is a red wine that embodies the refinement and essence of Burgundy. Originating from the heart of the Côte Chalonnaise, this label demonstrates a deep commitment to the selection of Pinot Noir grapes, cultivated on clay-limestone soils that impart extraordinary complexity to the wine. The winemaking process is attentively guided by tradition, using methods that enhance the pure expression of the terroir.

On the nose, the Mercurey Rouge 1er Cru Les Combins reveals intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherries and strawberries, enriched by spicy nuances of black pepper and a delicate touch of vanilla, due to aging in barrels. On the palate, the wine presents a medium body with a well-balanced structure; silky tannins accompany a long and pleasant aromatic persistence.

Ideal for pairing with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, this wine is an authentic expression of its terroir, capable of evolving magnificently over the years. An excellent choice for those wishing to explore the depth and elegance of Mercurey wines.
