Produced in the renowned vineyards of Mercurey, this wine encapsulates the elegance and complexity that characterize the Pinot Noir from this area.

With its intense ruby red color, the Mercurey Rouge Château Mipont offers a bouquet of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and raspberry, enriched with spicy notes and a light touch of vanilla, the result of skillful aging in French oak barrels. On the palate, the structure is balanced, featuring fine tannins and a persistent freshness that invites another sip.

Ideal for accompanying grilled red meat dishes or aged cheeses, this wine is also an excellent companion for an evening of conversation around a crackling fireplace. Its aging potential allows it to be fully appreciated even several years after harvest, gradually revealing its depth and finesse.
