The Meursalut 1er Cru Les Perrières from Domaine Jean Michel Gaunoux et Fils is a wine that epitomizes the pinnacle of refinement and winemaking tradition of Burgundy. This white wine, originating from one of the most prestigious parcels of Meursault, is renowned for its complex aromatic profile and extraordinary aging potential.

With a brilliant golden-yellow color, the nose opens with intense aromas of white-fleshed fruits, like peach and pear, enriched by notes of toasted hazelnut and a subtle mineral vein reminiscent of chalk and wet stone. On the palate, the wine is rich and opulent, with a lively freshness that perfectly balances the fruit's richness and the creaminess imparted by barrel aging. The finish is long, with persistent echoes of fruits and a delightful minerality.

This Meursalut 1er Cru Les Perrières is ideal for special occasions and pairs wonderfully with sophisticated dishes such as grilled lobster, porcini mushroom risotto, or chicken with truffle cream. A true expression of the Meursalut terroir, it is a wine that continues to evolve and surprise as the years go by.
