On the palate, "Les Tillets" reveals itself as rich and creamy while maintaining a beautiful freshness thanks to vibrant acidity. The notes of ripe fruit blend with those of minerals and sweet spices, leading to a persistent and harmonious finish that invites another sip.

Produced with carefully selected grapes from old vines, this Meursault is the perfect synthesis of tradition and modernity, reflecting the unique terroir from which it comes. Ideal for accompanying elaborate fish dishes or white meats in creamy sauces, Alain Gras's "Les Tillets" is a wine that promises to evolve beautifully over the years, continually offering new taste nuances.

Winery history
Alain Gras settled in Saint‑Romain in 1979 and over the years built a small estate with parcels in Saint‑Romain, Meursault and Auxey‑Duresses. In recent years his son Arthur joined the family business and has gradually taken over management of the estate, maintaining the terroir‑focused approach passed down by Alain.
Production philosophy
Emphasis on the value of Saint‑Romain's calcareous terroir, traditional winemaking aimed at freshness, minerality and elegance; vineyard practices focused on targeted pest control and soil management, and hand-harvesting to preserve the quality and identity of the parcels.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate is situated in the commune of Saint‑Romain, on limestone hills between Meursault and Pommard. It also manages scattered vineyards in the communes of Meursault and Auxey‑Duresses, on clay‑limestone soils that impart mineral tension to the wines.
Awards and recognitions
Recognized and cited in wine guides and with a well-established presence on the wine lists of numerous three-Michelin-star restaurants; individual cuvées have been positively reviewed by specialist guides.
