Born among the hills of Alto Piemonte, the Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2018 - Torraccia embodies the elegance of the Nebbiolo grape, revealing the typical complexity of this famous territory. The Gattinara area, with its cool climate and volcanic sand-rich soils, gives the wine a refined structure and an intense aromatic profile.

In the glass, it shows a bright garnet red color, while on the nose, notes of withered rose, sweet spices, and a hint of licorice are recognized, accompanied by elegant earthy notes. On the palate, it stands out for a perfect balance between silky tannins and mineral freshness, delivering an elegant and enveloping persistence.

Perfect to pair with game dishes and aged cheeses, this Gattinara finely expresses the entire Piedmontese tradition, offering an intense and rewarding sensory experience.
