The Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG 2016 by Torraccia is a refined expression of the Nebbiolo grape variety, carefully cultivated in the renowned territory of Valsesia, in Piedmont. The hand-harvested grapes reflect the austere and complex character of this historic denomination, enriched by an altitude that imparts fresh and mineral notes.

After careful fermentation, the wine matures in oak barrels, developing a structure that is both vigorous and velvety. In the glass, it presents a bright garnet red color, accompanied by intense aromas of withered rose, ripe cherry, and spicy hints reminiscent of pepper and tobacco. The taste reveals well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity, and a persistent finish that invites long aging in the bottle.

Excellent with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Nebbiolo Rosso Gattinara DOCG is a sensory journey into the smooth and authentic heart of Piedmont.
