The Nebbiolo Rosso Ghemme DOCG 2010 by Torraccia is born in the heart of the historic Ghemme area, located in northeastern Piedmont, where Nebbiolo expresses itself with refinement and elegance. This wine stands out for its complex structure and the perfect harmony between power and finesse, a result of the favorable pedoclimatic conditions of the territory and a skillful traditional winemaking process.
The long aging, partly in wooden barrels and then in the bottle, imparts to the wine a broad and refined bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits, dried rose, delicate spices, and tertiary hints such as leather and tobacco. On the palate, it reveals itself as enveloping, with soft and well-integrated tannins, supported by good acidity that ensures its longevity.
Perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Ghemme confirms itself as an authentic example of Nebbiolo that weaves tradition and territory.
