The Nero d'Avola/Merlot Sicilia DOC Bio by Lichìani, produced by Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, elegantly tells the unique terroir of Sicily, a land of contrasts and authenticity. This organic blend combines the structure and richness of Nero d’Avola, the prince of Sicilian grape varieties, with the softness and velvety character of Merlot, creating a harmonious balance. The environmentally respectful harvest and the organic certification guarantee a genuine wine, a pure expression of sustainable viticulture.

The aging process in stainless steel tanks preserves freshness and intact aromas, with light notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a pleasant tannic texture. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent and delicately spicy finish. Ideal with white meats, ragù pasta, or medium-aged cheeses, this wine conveys with every sip the essence of the most authentic Sicily, enhancing the extraordinary peculiarities of its territory.
