Ombrone di Cupano is a wine born in the heart of the Sant'Antimo DOC denomination, a magical territory located in the hills adjacent to the famous Tuscan Maremma. This area is ideal for the cultivation of native and international grape varieties, thanks to a temperate climate and mineral-rich soils that give elegance and character to the wines produced. The traditional winemaking method, accompanied by careful aging in oak barrels, enhances the qualities of the wine, giving it a balanced and complex structure.

From an organoleptic point of view, Ombrone shows an intense and deep color that anticipates an enveloping aromatic bouquet, characterized by fruity notes of cherry and plum, accompanied by spicy and slightly balsamic hints, which amplify its persistence on the palate. The tannic texture is soft but firm, ideal to accompany robust Tuscan dishes such as braised meats, red meats, and aged cheeses.

A label that tells the story of the Sant'Antimo territory through an authentic and refined sensory experience, capable of satisfying demanding palates in search of a wine with an authentic and well-structured character.
