White wine produced using Passerina grapes. The grapes are carefully selected and collected in boxes, then stored in cold storage at a temperature between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius for a period of 5-10 days. Subsequently, destemming and extremely delicate pressing takes place in an oxygen-free environment. The must yield is approximately 50%, with static cleaning to remove impurities. Next comes the inoculation of selected yeasts, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 15°C, which lasts for around 30 days.

The result is a straw yellow wine with greenish reflections. The bouquet reveals notes of acacia flowers, peach, pear, citrus fruits and a mineral hint. In the mouth, the wine is fresh, savory, soft, balanced and enveloping.

This wine is perfect as an aperitif and goes beautifully with seafood appetizers, cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
