The Pays d’Oc Rouge Saut de Côte from Domaine Alain Chabanon represents a masterful act of winemaking in the heart of Languedoc, France. This red wine is made from a careful selection of grapes, primarily of the Merlot variety, which thrive in a clay-limestone soil, ideal for imparting complexity and structure to the wine.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods, respecting the ecosystem and avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals. The result is a wine of remarkable aromatic intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, and a subtle hint of leather and tobacco, all supported by a robust tannic structure that promises excellent longevity.

The Pays d’Oc Rouge Saut de Côte stands out for its balance and elegance, making it an excellent choice to accompany grilled red meats, hearty mushroom dishes, or aged cheeses. Its aromatic complexity also makes it intriguing as a wine for contemplation.

Serve at a temperature of approximately 16-18°C to enhance all its qualities. This wine, in addition to representing the excellence of winemaking in the Languedoc region, carries with it a story of dedication and respect for nature that is reflected in every sip.
