The Petite Arvine Vallee d'Aoste DOP Rosset is a white wine that captures the essence of the alpine territory with elegance and finesse. This indigenous grape variety, rare and precious, finds in the microclimate of the Vallée d'Aoste an ideal environment to express its fresh and vibrant personality. The result is a wine with a straw yellow color and greenish reflections, characterized by an aromatic bouquet where notes of white fruit, such as pear and green apple, intertwine with delicate hints of wildflowers and a subtle minerality typical of alpine soil.

The aging, which takes place in steel, preserves the aromatic immediacy and the crispness of the grape variety. On the palate, the Petite Arvine Vallee d'Aoste DOP Rosset shows itself balanced and velvety, with a fresh acidity that accompanies a savory and persistent finish. Perfect with seafood appetizers, fresh cheeses, and light dishes, it is a true expression of the Valle d'Aosta.
