Pianta Etna Bianco 2020 by Biondi is a wine that tells the strength and purity of Etna, the volcano that dominates eastern Sicily. Coming from vineyards cultivated on lava soils rich in minerals, this white expresses the territory in every sip. The main grape variety used is Carricante, typical of the area, which imparts freshness, liveliness, and a refined acidity.
The aging takes place in steel to preserve the freshness and the vibrant fruity expression, with light mineral notes that recall the volcanic soil. On the nose, delicate hints of citrus, white flowers, and a pleasant saline vein emerge, while on the palate it is balanced, elegant, and with good persistence.
