The "Picco Dell'Angelo Falanghina IGT" from the San Salvatore 1988 winery represents the pure essence of Falanghina, cultivated in the fertile lands of Campania, known for its vibrant acidity and floral scents. The carefully selected harvest yields a wine with a brilliant straw yellow color, with hints that lean towards olive green.

On the nose, this Falanghina IGT offers a rich and complex bouquet, with predominant notes of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, enriched by undertones of wildflowers and a slight touch of minerality. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and balance, supported by good acidity that prolongs its persistence. Delicate citrus notes and a light salinity lead to a pleasantly long and refreshing finish.

The "Picco Dell'Angelo Falanghina IGT" is ideal to accompany fish and shellfish dishes, but it also pairs equally well with fresh and light cheeses. Its versatility makes this wine perfect for different occasions, from an informal meal with friends to a more ceremonial lunch or dinner.
