The Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC by Schloss Englar stands out for its refined elegance and the typical character of the South Tyrolean territory, dominated by an alpine climate and an ideal pedoclimatic component for this grape variety. Cultivated at high altitudes, it offers an exceptional balance between freshness and aromatic complexity, enhancing the fruity and spicy notes typical of Pinot Nero.

The winemaking, carefully monitored, involves aging in wooden barrels that give the wine a soft and enveloping structure, without overwhelming the olfactory profile. In the glass, it presents a bright ruby red color, while the nose reveals scents of ripe cherry, small red fruits, and light hints of sweet spices. On the palate, it is recognized as an elegant sip, balanced between lively acidity and silky tannins, perfect to accompany dishes based on light meats, game, and aged cheeses.

The Magnum version of this label amplifies its ability to evolve over time, ideal for moments of relaxed tasting or to celebrate special occasions with a glass of superior quality.
