Pinot Noir Dundee Hills AVA Iron Filbert - Domaine Roy & Fils is born in the heart of the renowned Oregon wine region, precisely in the Dundee Hills area, famous for its mineral-rich volcanic terroir and the cool climate ideal for the grape variety. This Pinot Noir expresses the elegance and complexity typical of the denomination, with an aromatic character ranging from ripe cherry and raspberry scents to delicate spicy and earthy notes.

The aging takes place in French oak barrels, which help to give structure and refined tannic finesse, without overpowering the freshness and balance of the wine. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, with a vibrant acidity that enhances its persistence. Excellent paired with white meat dishes, light game, and medium-aged cheeses, Iron Filbert is a refined expression of Oregon's winemaking excellence.
