In the heart of Puglia, land of sun and tradition, is born the Primitivo-Cabernet Sauvignon Puglia IGT - Soranì - Masseria Surani, a refined oenological expression that combines two emblematic grape varieties. The Primitivo, rich and full-bodied, harmoniously marries the Cabernet Sauvignon, giving structure and depth to this characterful wine. The grapes, carefully cultivated in the fertile lands of Puglia, are harvested at the right degree of ripeness to preserve freshness and balanced intensity.

The aging, expertly managed, enhances the fruity notes of ripe cherry and plum of the Primitivo, together with the spicy nuances and light peppery notes typical of the Cabernet. The result is a wine with an intense ruby color, with enveloping scents of red fruit, tobacco, and an elegant balsamic hint.

Perfect paired with red meat dishes, roasts, and aged cheeses, this blend elegantly and strongly tells the Puglian vocation for the production of robust and complex wines.

Winery history
The masseria originated as a typical Apulian farm in the early 20th century.
