The Primitivo di Manduria DOC from Masseria Surani, known by the name Soranì, is a wine that expresses all the intensity and warmth of the Apulian territory. Cultivated in the heart of Puglia, on the golden soils of Manduria, this Primitivo stands out for its robust structure and aromatic richness. The Primitivo grape gives Soranì aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and plums, accompanied by spicy and licorice notes.

The winemaking method includes a skillful aging in wooden barrels, which enhances the soft tannins and leads to a enveloping sensory balance, with a persistent and warm finish. The result is a red with great personality, ideal to accompany typical Mediterranean dishes such as grilled red meats, aged cheeses, and rich Mediterranean sauces. A convincing example of the prestigious Primitivo di Manduria denomination, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
