The Prosecco DOC Extra Dry of Tenuta Sant'Anna, presented in Magnum format, represents the elegance and freshness typical of the Veneto region, homeland of the famous Glera grape variety. This sparkling wine, obtained from selected grapes grown in the gentle hills surrounding the production area, stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, the result of a skillfully controlled Charmat method of sparkling wine production.

In the glass, it appears with a bright straw-yellow color, which anticipates a fragrant and delicate bouquet, characterized by fruity notes of green apple and pears, enriched by a light floral scent of acacia. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with excellent freshness and a slight sweetness that highlights its smoothness, typical of the Extra Dry.

Ideal as an aperitif or accompaniment to light appetizers and fish-based dishes, this Prosecco perfectly expresses the fresh and lively spirit of the Venetian wine tradition.
